At BEVERLY CURATED COLLECTIONS LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital designs and physical merchandise. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Products (Wallpapers & Digital Art,Course,etc.)
Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or the file has been sent to the customer.
Exceptions: We may offer a refund or replacement for digital products ONLY under the following technical circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or damaged upon download.
- The wrong file was delivered due to a system error.
- You are unable to download the file after troubleshooting with our support team.
Note: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or compatibility issues if the file specifications were clearly listed on the product page.
2. Physical Products (Phone Cases, Home Accessories, etc.)
For physical merchandise, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items without original packaging.
- “Change of mind” returns are subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof:
- For Physical Products: Please attach clear photos of the defect or damage.
- For Digital Products: Please describe the technical issue or error message.
- Review: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- Resolution:
- If approved, physical items may need to be returned to us (we will provide a return label for defective items).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Refunds Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed on our end, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
