At BEVERLY CURATED COLLECTIONS LLC, we are committed to delivering your digital and physical products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following policy to understand how our delivery process works.
1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
For our digital assets (including wallpapers, digital art, and downloadable content):
- Delivery Time: Immediate.
- Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link. The download link is also available on the “Order Confirmation” page immediately after checkout.
- Troubleshooting: If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot access your files, please contact us at support@sunstorylove.com with your order number.
2. Physical Products (Processing & Shipping)
For physical merchandise (such as phone cases, apparel, and accessories), please allow time for both production and transit.
A. Processing Time Since many of our physical items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
B. Estimated Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:
- United States: 3-7 business days via USPS/FedEx.
- International: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues.
3. Order Tracking
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside the United States), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your country.
- Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs fees required for clearance.
- We are unable to predict or control these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
BEVERLY CURATED COLLECTIONS LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
- If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If the package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for an extended period), please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
